Requirements

  • Publish daily/weekly/monthly reports on schedule with consistent accuracy
  • Provide training and troubleshooting support to users of existing reports and dashboards
  • Develop a deep understanding of the various data sources and individual metrics/data that are critical to planning
  • Support the blueprinting and development of new reports and dashboards
  • Create efficient, consolidated refreshable reports utilizing data from multiple sources
  • Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual data manipulation whenever possible through automation
  • Support any testing required for upgrades to any data systems
