Job Description
Welltower is seeking an Associate, Asset Management to join its investment and asset management teams. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in multifamily or hospitality operations with a desire to innovate and enhance customer experiences in the growing 55+ and Independent Living residential segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • OneSource or Optimus/iTam property tax software experience preferred or related software/database knowledge
  • Knowledge of property tax assessment methods and ability to use Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting
  • Knowledge of property tax regulations, valuation and compliance preferred
  • CMI preferred
