Job Description
The Associate Asset & Tax Insurance role is responsible for analyzing insurance obligations for a portfolio of loans to ensure compliance with loan documents and investor requirements.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of core insurance coverages such as Property, Liability, Auto, Crime, Wind/Named Storm, Flood, and Earthquake etc.
  • Ability to review insurance policy renewal information and ensure policy compliance with loan documents/investor and lender requirements.
  • Ability to respond timely to inquiries from internal and external customers and communicate with management as needed.
