Job Description
Our client seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of commercial bankruptcy practice to join its Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring practice group.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in sophisticated commercial bankruptcy or financial restructuring
Strong knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and case law
Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree & Top Academic Credentials
Active Bar Membership in Good Standing within NY, TX, PA or CA
