Role OverviewAs an integral member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of litigation matters involving commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims for a diverse range of clients.
What You Will Do
You will prepare pleadings, propound and respond to discovery, draft motions and legal briefs, take and defend depositions, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and appear in court.

Requirements
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Current admission to the California State Bar
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience supervising law clerks and junior associates
