Role OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Attorney with 6+ years of civil litigation experience to own cases from initiation through settlement or trial. You'll join a collaborative, in-person firm where you're treated as a professional with full autonomy over your caseload, supported by paralegals and experienced colleagues.
What You Will Do
Managing your own civil litigation cases end-to-end (employment law, school law, and general civil litigation), drafting motions, conducting discovery, and deposing parties, experts, and third parties, attending hearings, arguing motions, and conducting bench and jury trials.

Requirements
- 6+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong motion practice skills
- Ability to independently manage cases from intake through trial with minimal supervision

- Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing
- Stable employment history with no unexplained short tenures or frequent job hopping
