Job Description
Lydecker is seeking an associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience for our Miami office. The applicant should be admitted to practice in FL. The associate will handle a variety of cases, including the defense of Construction Defect.

Requirements

  • Florida bar license in good standing
  • A minimum of JD from an ABA approved law school
  • 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience, preferably in construction defect, general liability and/or insurance defense litigation
