What You Will Do
Independently manage a diverse caseload with direct client contact, draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and appear in state and federal courts.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in South Carolina (federal admissions preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in creditor rights, financial services litigation, or related areas
- Strong litigation, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and effectively
