Associate Attorney - General Liability

Requirements

• Florida bar license in good standing
• A minimum of JD from an ABA approved law school
• A minimum of 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience
• Previous experience in personal injury, bodily injury, general liability, construction defect, and/or insurance defense litigation
• Basic knowledge of computer operation, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
• Self-motivation and a self-starter
• Strong client communication skills
• Oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with little supervision and prioritize work needs
• Ability to keep client and firm information confidential at all times
