Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a leading firm supporting clients in the Aerospace, Defense, and Next-Generation Energy sectors.

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school, with minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Admission to the DC Bar or ability to gain admission
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Aerospace, Defense, or Next-Generation Energy sectors
  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
