Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join our client’s elite litigation team.
Requirements
Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda and conduct legal research and analysis of complex commercial matters
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations while collaborating with partners to develop strategies
