We are seeking a Debt Recovery Associate Attorney to join a high-performing legal team focused on collections within covenant-controlled communities. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload, evaluating delinquencies, and handling pre- and post-trial negotiations.

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt recovery, legal collections, or related litigation
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
