Job Description
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Associate Attorney to join one of our valued client partners. The Associate Attorney will manage litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and client communication.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Colorado law license in good standing
  • Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Deposition experience (taking and defending)
  • Motion drafting experience, including dispositive motions
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Experience managing an active caseload independently
  • Stable employment history with minimal job changes
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Denver, CO
