Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to handle complex litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution, including trial preparation and appellate exposure. The role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented litigator who can independently manage files while collaborating strategically with senior attorneys.

Requirements

  • Managing litigation files from inception through disposition.
  • Conducting and defending depositions with confidence and preparation.
  • Drafting dispositive motions and substantive pleadings.
  • Performing detailed legal research and delivering clear written analysis.
  • Preparing pre-litigation evaluations and strategic recommendations.
  • Representing clients in state and federal court proceedings.
  • Managing discovery strategy, motion practice, and evidentiary development.
  • Preparing cases for trial, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
  • Communicating effectively with clients regarding case strategy and exposure.
