Role OverviewHawkins Parnell & Young LLP is seeking a California-licensed attorney with three to five years of litigation experience for their Napa office. The successful candidate will work alongside top litigators and corporate attorneys, developing practical business solutions for corporate clients and working with a seasoned team of experienced litigators and practitioners.
What You Will Do
Manage a caseload of litigated claims, prepare for trial, research complex litigation areas, take and defend depositions, prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, communicate with clients, and draft settlement agreements and other contracts.

Requirements
- California-licensed attorney
- Three to five years of litigation experience
- Experience with insurance defense, property damage, premises liability, and products liability
- Experience with ESOP and ERISA and employee benefits matters, general corporate and business matters, and corporate transactions
- Excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills
