What You Will Do
Handle a range of cases from intake to settlement or trial, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, represent clients at pre-trial hearings, and advocate at bench and jury trials.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Maryland Bar
- 1+ years of experience in Civil Litigation or Personal Injury
- Excellent research and writing skills and strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with legal research databases, such as Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg, and PACER
- Experience with Neos case management software a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different constituencies
