Role OverviewThe Associate Attorney will have meaningful responsibility for their matters, develop case strategy, communicate directly with clients and carriers, take depositions, handle motion practice, and prepare cases for resolution or trial. The role operates in a highly flexible environment, with living in Las Vegas not being a requirement. Attorneys travel when matters require in-person court appearances, trials, site inspections, trial preparation, or client needs.
What You Will Do
Develop compelling case strategies, independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials, collaborate with attorneys and staff, maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, and mentor junior attorneys.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, communicates well, is comfortable working independently, cares about clients and the quality of their work, and wants meaningful responsibility rather than simply completing assignments.
