Job Description
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting an Associate Attorney to manage litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution in a litigation-focused legal role.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Colorado law license in good standing
  • Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Deposition experience (taking and defending)
  • Motion drafting experience, including dispositive motions
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Experience managing an active caseload independently
  • Stable employment history with minimal job changes
