We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney with expertise in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law to handle cases from inception through to resolution, provide expert advice to clients, and develop litigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Good Standing with the Florida Bar
  • No experience representing defendants
  • Personal injury law experience and background in representing plaintiffs
  • Mid-level proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with FileVine (training provided)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Robust organizational capabilities and ability to prioritize effectively
