Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney with expertise in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law to handle cases from inception to resolution, develop litigation strategies, and advocate on behalf of clients. This is an on-site position in Lake Worth, FL.

Requirements

  • Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
  • No Defense Attorneys: This position is strictly for those with experience representing plaintiffs.
  • Personal Injury Experience: Proficiency in personal injury law and a background in representing plaintiffs is crucial.
  • Technical Skills: Mid-level proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with FileVine is advantageous.
  • Customer Service: A strong customer service focus and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Robust organizational capabilities and the adeptness to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
