Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney with expertise in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law to contribute to and shape case strategies, mentor junior team members, and influence local personal injury law.
What You Will Do
Handle cases from inception through to resolution, provide expert advice to clients, develop and execute litigation strategies, and prepare and manage all facets of litigation and trial processes.

Requirements
- Good Standing with the Florida Bar
- No Defense Attorneys (experience representing plaintiffs only)
- Personal Injury Experience (proficiency in personal injury law and background in representing plaintiffs)
- Technical Skills (mid-level proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience with FileVine)
- Customer Service (strong customer service focus and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders)
- Communication (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
- Organizational Skills (robust organizational capabilities and ability to prioritize effectively)
