Job Description
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a well-established civil litigation defense firm seeking a Rideshare and UM/UIM Associate Attorney to join its San Francisco office.

Requirements

  • Manage civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
  • Handle court appearances, discovery, and substantive motion practice
  • Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and pretrial preparation
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular case updates
  • Prepare for and participate in trials as needed
  • Maintain organized, proactive case management across a full litigation lifecycle
