Job Description

Our Client seeks a passionate Client Management Operations professional to join a high growth supply chain and working capital platform.

Requirements

Drive value creation for clients, thinking ahead to develop strategies and deliverables that are customized to the Client
Support all elements of Client Management Operations as a point of contact for existing client base
Engage with complex, large, enterprise customers supporting originations in deployment of our working capital solutions
Develop and maintain scalable internal reporting solutions to ensure contractual controls are being monitored and met
Support proactive relationship management, anticipating client needs/requests and seize every opportunity to deepen relationships
Work closely with our operational partner to ensure program is operating as expected and in accordance with the program documentation
Maintain excellent communication with all relevant stakeholders on all deliverables and timelines
Continually leverage and optimize internal technology systems
Perform KYC and due diligence processes
Perform ad-hoc assignments over and above the daily role as needed in a company in its early stages of development
