Role OverviewAs an Associate, Banker – CSG with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, you will structure, analyze, and execute transactions on behalf of transportation companies in aviation, shipping, sea container, and rail asset classes. You will review proprietary financial models, prepare Discounted Cash Flow, Leveraged Buyout, Merger Consequences, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions analysis. You will lead dialogue with senior bankers and product experts, mentor junior professionals, and interact with clients and management teams to execute projects, provide updates, and advice.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing financial modeling work, preparing presentations, and reviewing memoranda. You will also oversee financing live deal execution, negotiate non-disclosure agreements, and interact with other investment banks and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field
- Two years of experience in the job offered or a related role
- Experience working with clients in structured finance transactions in the transport sector
- Experience reviewing and performing quantitative analysis based on complex legal documents
- Experience building technical and complex dynamic financial modeling and analysis
