As a trusted guide for clients, the Associate Banker I delivers everyday banking with accuracy, confidence, and clarity while helping clients feel informed, supported, and empowered to achieve their financial goals.

What You Will Do

The Associate Banker I will deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships by proactively identifying needs and opportunities that will help clients reach their financial goals. They will engage clients with professionalism, educate on appropriate products and self-serve solutions, and recommend solutions for turning routine client transactions into meaningful moments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients
  • Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred
  • Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
  • Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear, and consistent
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
  • Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Notary License preferred
