Role OverviewThis role plays a vital role in bringing TD's human, relationship-driven banking experience to life. As a trusted partner to clients, the role delivers everyday banking and supports consumer product needs by building meaningful relationships with accuracy, confidence, and clarity—helping clients feel informed, supported, and empowered to achieve their financial goals while consistently adhering to TD's risk and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
Delivers everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance while proactively engaging clients in meaningful conversations, helping them understand their options, and connecting them to appropriate partners. Can serve as first point of contact for clients as they serve as the hospitality ambassador of the bank location, seamlessly guiding traffic flow while delivering a high touch client experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients
- Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
- Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
