What You Will Do
Delivers everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance while proactively engaging clients in meaningful conversations, helping them understand their options, and connecting them to appropriate partners.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients
- Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred
- Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire
- Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear, and consistent
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
- Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Notary License preferred
