Role OverviewThe Associate, Bankruptcy is responsible for effective case management and resolution of complex issues to resolve and protect the company from loss as related to customer accounts impacted by a bankruptcy proceeding.
What You Will Do
Manage Bankruptcy Queue, process documents, perform skip tracing activities, communicate with customers and third parties, and participate in coaching and development sessions.

Requirements
- 2-4 years finance or bankruptcy experience
- High school graduate or GED equivalent

- Basic computer skills - Knowledge of Windows including Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills - Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas to peers and customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the desire to create positive customer experiences
