Role Overview

The Associate Business Analyst will support the HES C&I Sales Organization in creating and managing sales tools, business planning, performance analysis, and market intelligence. The role will manage critical initiatives focused on optimized internal business processes, maintaining and growing market position, and driving continuous improvement in Commercial Excellence platforms.

What You Will Do

Lead and update the C&I Sales Playbook, support vertical market and contractor team pilots with data analysis, conduct end market analysis, develop and maintain competitive matrix, and conduct market research and competitive analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance, or engineering, and a minimum of one year of marketing experience. Strong administrative skills, CRM skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance, or engineering
  • Minimum of one year of marketing experience
  • Experience utilizing design and/or PDF editing software
  • CRM skills (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and able to assist with high quality outcomes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product, sales, research and marketing managers
  • Problem solving: identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize workload while remaining organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
