Role OverviewAs an Associate Buyer within the Parts & eCommerce team, you will be responsible for daily purchasing and planning activities, including managing inventory levels, order fulfillment, and cost-effectiveness. You will join an existing team of Associate Buyers and Buyer/Planners and will interface with various teams, including Parts Customer Service, Distribution, and Service organizations.
What You Will Do
Place purchase orders, manage procurement processes, approve supplier invoices, coordinate Return to Vendor processes, analyze sales/usage trends, and maintain accurate planning metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field/major
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with superior attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, MS Office Suite, and Adobe PDF Creator
