Job Description
Arhaus is seeking an Associate Buyer to join their team. The Associate Buyer will work with the Buyer/Divisional Merchandise Manager to develop and implement business strategies to meet financial goals. The role involves partnering with Product Development and Planning teams to assort products, reviewing order/sales projections, and approving unit investments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Buying/Merchant experience
  • College Degree (4 Years) in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or Design
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and to perform in a high-energy environment
  • Previous experience in a retail space
  • Passion for Interior Design and Product
