Job Description
ShopMy is seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Management Associate to ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of its product catalog. This role will work cross-functionally with product, brand growth, and marketing teams to identify and resolve catalog inconsistencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and loves to improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in catalog work, content operations, or data entry in a digital or e-commerce environment
  • Native-level English with exceptional written communication
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in structured tools like Airtable, POPSQL, or Notion
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, precision, and a self-motivated, proactive mindset
  • Experience with third-party vendors or human-in-the-loop teams
  • Familiarity with catalog structures in a marketplace or e-commerce setting
  • Interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer platforms
