Role OverviewThe Associate Claims Attorney/Claims Attorney will be part of the Surety Bond Claims team in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves investigating, evaluating, and adjusting surety bond claims, as well as reviewing coverage and liability. The successful candidate will have a sense of urgency to resolve claims and possess organizational skills to manage and prioritize assigned claims.
What You Will Do
The essential job functions and responsibilities include investigating and evaluating claims, reviewing coverage and liability, securing necessary information, retaining consultants, and managing the litigation process. The Associate Claims Attorney/Claims Attorney will also determine available avenues of recovery, establish loss reserves, and prepare reports.
