We are seeking an experienced Associate Clinical Project Management Director to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex global clinical trials while ensuring exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
What You Will Do
Lead and oversee global clinical studies and programs from start-up through closeout, drive study delivery by managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality outcomes, and support business development activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 10+ years of clinical research experience, including 6+ years of project management experience
- Direct experience in Immuno-Oncology and Cell & Gene Therapy clinical trials is required
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and global study management
Benefits
- Potential base pay range: $102,500.00 - $285,500.00
