Job Description
Crescent Capital Group is seeking an experienced candidate to join the Capital Markets group as an Associate for the CLO Management business, focusing on CLO operations experience, CLO and bank loan product knowledge, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Requirements
3-6 years of CLO operations experience
Strong CLO and bank loan product knowledge
Ability to interpret governing documents for CLOs and Credit Facilities
Experience with CLO compliance modules (Solvas/CDO Suite, Wall Street Office, etc.)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
