Role OverviewThe Associate Commissioner will serve as the Department's principal advisor on organizational performance, strategic analytics, process improvement, and enterprise transformation. They will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for evaluating organizational effectiveness, analyzing operational and administrative performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven insights.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Improvement (BPI), and other continuous improvement methodologies. They will identify operational inefficiencies, organizational risks, and opportunities to improve service delivery through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
