The Associate Community Manager is responsible for marketing the community, ensuring leasing targets are achieved, and maintaining a professional image. They must prioritize prospects' and residents' needs, ensure compliance with corporate procedures and government laws, and project a favorable image of the community.
Requirements
Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs
Monitor daily and weekly leasing reports
Ensure leasing staff complies with corporate procedures and government laws
Generate and track traffic of prospective residents
Conduct/oversee all tasks necessary to close the sale
Ensure all social media channels are updated regularly
Oversee renewal kick-off and events
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Report time and attendance
Understand the lease document and related addendums
Participate in all move-in and move-out related activities
Manage time efficiently and effectively
Assist in corporate projects as requested
