Requirements

  • Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs
  • Monitor daily and weekly leasing reports
  • Ensure leasing staff complies with corporate procedures and government laws
  • Generate and track traffic of prospective residents
  • Conduct/oversee all tasks necessary to close the sale
  • Ensure all social media channels are updated regularly
  • Oversee renewal kick-off and events
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Report time and attendance
  • Understand the lease document and related addendums
  • Participate in all move-in and move-out related activities
  • Manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Assist in corporate projects as requested
