Role OverviewWe have a client requirement that entails Japanese fluency and we are seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Los Angeles as an associate consultant.
What You Will Do
Support Avasant client engagements, develop financial business cases, perform market and risk assessments, conduct research, and assist with project management.

Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics or related field
- Experience in creating a business plan, inclusive of financial analysis, optimization and growth strategies, and risk assessments
- Knowledge of the market for technologies, software and services related to enterprise transformation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
- Demonstrated leadership, project management and business development skills through extracurricular activities or jobs/internships, sports, etc.
- Deep knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Project
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
