Role OverviewAs an Associate Consultant, you will lead projects across various industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals. You will work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver projects and drive continuous improvement. You will have significant exposure to a variety of clients and industries, backed by managers, internal teams, and our Centers of Excellence.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include leading projects across the full lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders, building project plans, facilitating meetings, identifying and managing risks, and communicating status to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, operations, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of professional experience, including leading projects, workstreams, or cross-functional efforts
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, not a requirement
- Comfort with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
