Job Description
IPM is seeking an Associate Consultant to partner with clients in the pharmaceutical industry, leading project and program planning and execution. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline, 3-6 years of industry experience, and 2+ years of project management experience.

Requirements

  • Lead product development projects and programs in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Implement or optimize project management frameworks
  • Leverage current industry best-practice tools to develop and drive integrated project plans
  • Manage projects within established scope, schedule and budget
  • Establish, maintain, guide and lead high performance project teams
