Role Overview

The Associate Corporate Counsel will work on a variety of legal matters, including contracts, litigation, corporate governance, and regulatory analysis. They will work closely with senior members of the U.S. legal team to assess risk and provide timely legal advice.

What You Will Do

The Associate Corporate Counsel will work with business teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, support compliance endeavors, and assist with various projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law college or university
  • Experience in a corporate setting and/or a B to B environment
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments at once
  • Good judgment and high level of professional integrity
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to work independently
