Associate Corporate Development

Requirements

• Support the development and maintenance of an acquisition pipeline aligned to the Company's strategic priorities.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to identify trends and potential targets.
• Build and maintain financial models.
• Support due diligence efforts.
• Coordinate requests, track deliverables, and manage diligence workstreams.
• Support transaction processes.
• Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Corporate Development leadership team.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects related to growth, portfolio optimization, or business performance.
