Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Commercial Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation. You will draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, conduct legal research, analysis, and writing, and negotiate, review, and draft various types of contracts.
