Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director, Art to help shape the visual direction of Gupta's creative work, lead art direction across campaigns, and mentor designers to consistently raise the bar.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the creative field, with 3+ years in a senior art direction or creative leadership role, particularly within digital and social.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, visual systems, and high-quality digital and social work.
  • Experience leading visual execution across multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor designers and elevate creative output.
  • Detail-oriented with a high bar for craft and execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight timelines.
  • Actively engaged in shaping creative culture and visual standards.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
