Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencers, organic ambassadors, social media, digital strategy, or talent management
  • Strong understanding of creator economy platforms, trends, and content formats
  • Experience managing official brand social handles and developing content strategies
  • Demonstrated success executing influencer and organic social campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of affiliate landscape and best in class programs
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail
  • Passion for pop culture, fandoms, and building communities
