Job Description

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or related experience
  • Private work-space and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired internet connection
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
  • Willingness to learn new skills
