Job Description
Role Overview

As an Associate Data Analyst at OCLC, you will be responsible for complex data analysis, evaluation, modification, and maintenance of data throughout its life cycle following appropriate standards and policies. You will communicate with external data providers & members to resolve data issues.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include performing hands-on data research on bibliographic and system log data, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving data quality issues. You will also develop effective dashboards including related KPIs/metrics for visual analysis, analyze existing dashboards using performance tuning, and work with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, statistics, or related field
  • Three years of experience in data analysis or creation of library data
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
