Role Overview

The Associate Dean for Student Services will oversee and direct OCOM's student services departments, including admissions, student affairs, financial aid, registrar, student support, and behavioral health. The role requires leadership in developing a unified vision for student services, providing oversight and direction to staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university regulations.

What You Will Do

The Associate Dean will provide leadership in developing communication, data sharing, and integration of programs between Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Affairs, Learning Specialists, and Behavioral Health. They will also oversee student programs, services, and events that support the goals of OCOM.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant or Associate Dean in an Osteopathic or Allopathic Medical College in student services. They will be able to distill complex data and information requirements from a broad range of constituents, identify major issues and trends in health professions education, and work independently with minimum oversight.
