What You Will Do
The Associate Designer will create tech packs, art development, and assist in the daily design process. They will also review vendor submits and communicate comments to designers/product developers.

Requirements
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suites
- Working knowledge of both design and production process, garment construction, fits, fabric, trim, and wash development
- Ability to work as a team player and take oral and written directions/critiques
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and organize daily activities
- Deadline driven with excellent project management, time management, and sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and meet all design deadlines
- Innovative, self-motivated, creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and team-work dynamics
- Ability to present work to internal teams
