Job Description
BCI is seeking an Associate Designer for its sportswear line. The role involves working closely with the Design Director to develop the line, communicating with sales and production, and creating design sheets. The Associate Designer will be responsible for supporting the Creative Director in defining the brand identity and overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of fashion design experience
  • Preferred background in sportswear design
  • Knowledge of garment construction and patterns
  • Proficient in creating tech packs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication; self-starter and proactive worker
  • Fluent in Photoshop and Illustrator
